2016: Spiced (Metheglin) Mead Honey Wine made with 100% Southeast Texas honey and a balanced blend of 5 spices. Gold medel winner in the Texas Mead Cup. Silver winner in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's 2017 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition. SOLD OUT

2016: Summer Solstice Honey Wine made with 100% Texas cotton honey. This is the same recipe as our award winning Spiced Mead, except made with Texas Cotton honey. The light color of cotton honey makes this mead a lighter color and very refreshing.

2016: Sweet Mead A raditional Honey Wine made with 100% Southeast Texas honey.

2016: Starlight Honey Wine made with 100% Southeast Texas honey and a lighter amount of Chamomile flowers. Starlight retains a slight amount of sweetness. SOLD OUT.

2016: Twilight Mead Honey Wine made with 100% Southeast Texas honey and a more Chamomile flowers than the Starlight. Twilight is on the sweeter side.

2017: Blue Moon Mead made with Southeast Texas honey and blended with Frascone Winery's Blueberry wine. This semi-sweet mead is a delightful balance of blueberries and honey wine. Pending released in 2017.

2017: Day Break A coffee mead made with Southeast Texas honey and locally roasted beans from Primos Coffee. Pending released in 2017.
